Founded in 2016 and based in the North of Portugal, this fast-growing SME, committed to R&D activities to create a differentiation factor, has been developing advanced software solutions to support organizations from a variety of sectors to best manage their financial operations processes as well as their business communication activities.

Their current solutions include:

- A receivables relationship agent that puts creditors and debtors on the same page, while providing real-time performance analytics and predictive cash-flows. It includes omnichannel (email, SMS, voice call and voicemails) interaction and customer feedback recollection. This SaaS identifies debtors and allows any company to automatically initiate collection of their overdue receivables and is designed to allow companies to do collections procedures effectively without human intervention.

- An Integrated communication SaaS that allows corporate users to send massive SMS and voice marketing campaigns, just by setting the text and uploading an excel or text file with the contacts database. Its features include sub-user management, validation of mobile numbers and built-in support for IT experts on Application Programming Interface (API) for Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS). It is fully compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Portuguese SME is already engaged in international cooperation and is interested in further expanding its business activity in Europe.

The company is looking for partners, such as system integrators and IT companies, to cooperate under a commercial agency agreement, whereby partners are expected to attract and retain in their markets clients interested in benefiting from the Portuguese SMEs’ solutions.
