The main activity is the production of artisan ice cream according to authentic Italian recipes, using natural ingredients of good quality. In the production cycle, besides milk, 35% fat and fresh or frozen fruits, it is used natural pistachio paste / pesto, peanut pesto or vanilla extract. The company has a small laboratory, the production capacity is based on the available equipment, is about 40-50 kilos / day. The equipment is part of a multi functional ice cream machine, 2 in 1 - with pasteurizer and cooling tank, a pozzetti type freezer / display case, a professional freezer and a professional fridge for ingredients. The company is interested in collaborating with suppliers who can provide raw materials, especially organic raw materials, PGI (protected geographical indication) or Controlled designation of origin. Also, the company is interested in finding expansion equipment and development, of packaging and consumables needed to serve ice cream.
