In 2012 The Romanian company obtained the FSSC 22000 certification (Food Safety System Certification) – which is a comprehensive certification scheme for food safety management systems. This scheme is based on the global ISO 22000 standard referring to food safety management systems, as well as on PAS 220, a standard that has been developed to meet the requirements of mandatory preliminary programs in food and ingredient production facilities. These certifications are issued by LRQA, a body accredited by the relevant international institute UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) Another important advantage is the location in the proximityof the oil terminal with loading point, at the Danube river, in Galati Commercial Harbor (the factory is located only 2 km away from the harbor)
