The vortex induction heater is intended for use in indirect heating systems and for hot water supply in production processes connected to intermediate heat carrier heating. The absence of direct heating allows the vortex induction heater to work more than 30 years without its technical parameters loss as opposed to tubular electric and gas heaters. The vortex induction heater is intended for hot water supply and heating at power currents (50 Hz). This thermal equipment allows the use of various liquid coolants: water, antifreeze, oil. The heated capacity of this equipment ranges from 800 to 900 m². The vortex induction heater production allowed the broadening of the electric heating limits and field of application both on production purposes and at the mundane level. It also allowed the increase of working time, electricity and safety and the elimination of interseasonal and preventive maintenance of the equipment. The vortex induction heater units are oriented on a wide range of consumers: from private persons (heating of flats, gardens, summer houses, cottages, etc.) to offices and big factories. They are also used for planting baths heating and for the hot air heating of manufactures and hangars. The vortex induction heaters for hot water supply are in demand of the agricultural sector.
The standard list of equipment includes the vortex induction heater; control cabinet (remote); temperature-sensitive element; operating manual. Production capacity per year: from 500 to 1000 pcs. The company has own laboratory and test center.
