The Russian company from the Moscow area was founded in 2009. At the moment the company has become the largest high-tech manufacturer of aluminum wire because the company uses the technology of finishing wire cleaning, after which it is completely ready for use and does not require additional costs for its preparation for work.
The company specializes in the production of aluminum welding wire in accordance with GOST 7871-75. Diameters of wire produced are from 1.0 to 8.0 mm. Alloys sv A85, sv A5, sv AK5, sv AMts, svAMg3, svAMg5, svAMg6, svAMg61 and others. In accordance with GOST 14838-78, we manufacture AD1, Mets, D18, V65, AMG5P alloy wire and others for cold heading. The wire is supplied in coils of 25 kg. It is possible to manufacture wires with specified mechanical characteristics.
Aluminum welding wire is supplied depending on its application in three versions:
- bays of 25 kg
- as a filler material in argon-arc welding with a non-consumable electrode (TIG welding) in rods 1000 mm long, packaging of 5-10 kg.
- as an electrode wire during semi-automatic and automatic welding in an inert gas environment (MIG welding) with a diameter of 0.8-3.15 mm on European standard cassettes.
Welding wire supplied in rods and coils undergoes the finishing polishing cleaning procedure is completely ready for use and does not require additional costs from the consumer to prepare it for work. Wire winding is carried out using high-precision equipment on cassettes with a diameter of 200, 300, 415 mm.
It is intended for semi-automatic welding with direct current in an argon atmosphere of unalloyed aluminum or its alloys with a magnesium content of not more than 3%. Scope: aviation industry, mechanical engineering, automobile industry, food, and chemical industries. With an increased thickness of the welded parts (from 6 to 10 mm) and the need to increase the melting temperature, it is recommended to use a mixture of argon and helium.
The Russian company is looking for reliable foreign partners from various industries to conclude a distribution agreement. The company is interested in long-term mutually beneficial relations with each partner. Under the agreement, the Russian company will supply products to a foreign partner for further sales in foreign countries.
