The Russian company from Novosibirsk region specializes in providing services for increasing the productivity of biogas plants.
The company was established in 2013. The company has partners in different European countries and a few international projects implemented related to installation of biogas plants.
Employees of the company have unique experience in designing, equipment selection and study of the project to launch the station as well as in modernization, development of equipment or turnkey solution.
The proposed feedstock sterilization and homogenization module is designed to solve the problems of sterilization and homogenization of complex biological raw materials (cattle waste products) before the process of anaerobic fermentation by a strain of microorganisms (bacteria cultures of Fusobacterium, Methanobacterium, etc.) in various biogas plants.
In the device proposed a method based on the use of an electrohydraulic shock effect was implemented to solve the problems of feedstock sterilization and homogenization. Analysis of available technologies shows that this method is innovative and has not previously been applied to solve similar problems.

In the framework of services agreement a partner (manufacturer of biogas plants) with a certain frequency orders company’s services for the increasing of efficiency of biological process in biogas plants, and a company installs feedstock sterilization and homogenization modules (one module for each plant). The partner should provide company with the access to its biogas plants or plants of its clients (if permanent service for client is provided). The expected result from cooperation is using company’s modules in partner’s biogas plants, and increase of company’s and partner’s jointly sold services under different projects, expansion of portfolio, exchange of experience.

In the framework of outsourcing agreement partner, specializing in increasing of effectiveness of biogas plants, constantly orders company’s services related to installation of the feedstock sterilization and homogenization module in biogas plants. Company provides partner with its services (installs one module for each plant). The use of a powerful electric discharge in liquids known as the electrohydraulic shock effect (EHSE) allows solving the problem of biomass sterilization due to the formation in the discharge gap of a powerful UV radiation channel with the simultaneous occurrence of cavitation. The method does not require significant energy costs, is highly efficient. The use of the EHSE module in the biogas process allows the use of various types of feedstock, including those with strong biological contamination, without fear of disrupting the biotechnological process in the plant. In the process of EHSE treatment, extraction of various substances takes place in the aqueous solution, which allows producing qualitatively new organic fertilizers in the biogas reactor. The use of the EHSE treatment module in the biogas plant allows to significantly accelerate the microbiological process inside the bioreactor, that leads to acceleration of the process as a whole, its stabilization, biogas yield and methane concentration increase. In addition, the application of this method allows to expand the list of possible materials for fermentation and to obtain qualitatively new bioorganic fertilizers, avoiding the breakdown of the pump and contamination of pipelines, which leads to a reduction in the cost of maintenance of existing biogas plants. Company´s laboratory experiments showed that the amount of biogas obtained can increase up to 30% in comparison with classical biogas technology. The company's specialists have the required experience and qualifications, as well as trainings at plants in Italy and Germany. The company is constantly involved in various business missions, presentations, exhibitions around the world (China, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic), which ensures its knowledge of top-notch technologies.
