The Serbian Company was established in April 2019 as a limited liability company for research and development activities. The company is located in the largest machine industry center in Serbia and posses world-class facilities for industrial material characterization and support of innovation processes in machine engineering. The company's primary activity is research and development in the field of technical and technological sciences.

The company provides testing services for metals and welds in three different laboratories:
-Mechanical-metallographic laboratory,
-Chemical laboratory,
-Technical and technological preparation sector.

They perform the following test
- on metallic materials tensile test on room temperature, bend and pressure tests, micrographic determination of the apparent grain size, the micrographic examination of non-metallic inclusion content of steels using standard pictures, determination and verification of the depth of carburized and hardened cases, a micrographic method for assessing the distribution of carbon
in tool and bearing steels using reference photomicrographic, determination of the depth of decarburization;
- on welded joints, a longitudinal tensile test on weld metal in fusion welded joints, destructive tests on welds in metallic materials – transverse tensile test and bend tests, hardness test on arc welds in metallic materials, microhardness testing of welded joints, macroscopic and microscopic examination of welds;
- on rebar reinforcement steel - tensile test, bend test, rebend test, Brinell hardness testing, Vickers hardness testing;
- steel and iron - content determination of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chrome, nickel, copper, aluminum, titanium, molybdenum, vanadium, niobium, tungsten, cobalt, tin, and nitrogen;
- aluminum and aluminum alloys - content determination of silicon, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, chromium, nickel, zinc, lead, tin, titanium, and vanadium.

Besides the device which is already in use for determining the chemical composition of metals in solid-state (Spectrometer OES), the company has a set of modern devices for determining metal elements from liquid state samples. The device works on ICP OES technology (Optical Emission Spectral analysis with Inductively Coupled Plasma). They can also test samples from solutions like drinking water, wastewater, oil, petroleum, metal waste, plastic, soil, and a lot of other materials and material states.

In order to improve and expand its business, the company is looking for partners under a research cooperation agreement. The company would like to have more international research cooperations and is offering to perform the following tasks under this cooperation type:
