Slovenian self-employed artist based in Piran, Slovenia, started her career in 2002, and bacame gradually recognized both on a national and international level. Her inspiration originates from Buddhism – that is a religion she identifies with. She uses ceramics as well as other materials to design and produce her artworks.
Symbols of sacred birds and hawks are the distinctive symbols in her products – these symbols represent reincarnation and a new birth, but they also configure human decay. The artist furtherly designs other types of products, which are the outcome of her original creative process. Such products both serve a decorative purpose and represent an economic value.
The Slovenian atist has had exhibitions in her home country and in foreign countries such as Croatia, Austria, Hungary, Germany (Berlin), Spain (Barcelona), Romania and in Portugal (Aveiro). She also participated at the 48th Congress and General Assembly of International Academy of Ceramics (IAC) in New Taipei City, Taiwan. She received several awards and recognitions, such as the Lifelong-learning prize by the Andragoški center Slovenije za vseživljenjsko učenje (2007), a Silver prize at Ex tempore Zagreb (2014), the Jury Award and other recognitions at the Ex tempore Piran (2014).
The artist aims to reach an international audience through effective marketing, and is thus looking for professional commercial agents with a thorough passion for the arts. Commercial agents will operate on the basis of a commercial agency agreement.
