The company is a Spanish family business manufacturer of high quality Iberico ham and other products from Iberico such as “jamón de bellota”, loin, cold sausages or Iberico raw meat.
With long tradition, the company has been offering its products for more than 60 years and it is located in Salamanca province, in the heart of the Iberico pig origin area in Spain. Now the company is leaded by the third generation who faithfully maintain the production of high quality sliced meat cured products and salted meat products. The products are immediately vacuum-packed to protect food from any factor which can both, alter their quality and taste.
The production chain, since the breeding, the slaughtering, production and curing follow standards that guarantee the fulfilment of EU regulations and ensure the quality of the final product. The products have the quality certificated “norma del Ibérico” that guarantee the origin, feed and labelling of the product, the International Food Standard (IFS) that and the Food Safety Management certificated ISO 22 000.
Nowadays, exportations represent 35% of its sales, being already present in some countries in Asia, America and the European Union. One of the main objectives of the company is the distribution of its product in new international markets, in particular, fine food markets.
The company also maintains its commitment to environmental sustainability investing in greening and energy efficiency in its headquarters and production chain.
The company is looking for a partnership, under distribution service agreement to distribute its products in Croatia, Austria, Germany, Poland and France, open to co-develop different strategies to reach the final customers at each local market.
