Description

Description:

An engineering and software development company from northwestern Poland specializes in IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) solutions. The firm has extensive international experience cooperating with partners from i.a. Scandinavia and the Middle East.

The firm has developed and is offering for distribution a tool for remote monitoring and management of machines and their operators. The solution allows company owners and managers to improve their knowledge and control over the processes taking place within the firm as well as increase the quality, performance and culture of work. The system includes GPS and electric current sensors, digital and analogue inputs, motion detectors, a GSM connector and a radio-frequency identification (RFID) reader. The tool can be used to monitor any device, regardless of its age, and employed by companies that operate in the fields such as:
- welding;
- cleaning services;
- heavy industry;
- agriculture;
- energy sector;
- metalworking;
- shipyards.

The firm is interested in broadening and diversifying its client base. Therefore, they are looking for foreign partners that would help them enter new markets. They are particularly interested in countries with large manufacturing and service sectors (e.g. Germany, UK) and neighboring markets (e.g. the Czech Republic, Hungary). Partnership under distribution services agreement is offered. The role of a partner will be to promote and distribute the solution through his channels, install it and provide technical support to the local clients. The firm will provide partners with the solution (including all the necessary devices), teach how to install and use it. If required by a client, the firm will also customize the solution.

Advantages & innovations

Cooperation plus value:
- the solution allows one to check the location of a machine, device and its operator, and allocate those resources more efficiently; - the tool provides knowledge on the exact time and place of work of machines and one can optimize e.g. their charging schedule; - the solution allows one to measure the performance of machines and verify whether implemented changes to their work have brought desired effects; - by using the tool, one can reduce operational costs resulting from i.a. unnecessary services (e.g. cost of electricity), unauthorized use, thefts of machines and other abuses.
