Summary

Summary:
A traditional Czech mid-sized company offers free capacity for engineering and mainly manufacturing of parts/sub-assemblies of high tech products in chosen countries. The related sectors: Scientific instruments, semiconductor, optical, medical, army, (aero)space and cryogenic or other relevant sectors. Partners sought: Manufactures of such products or their suppliers. The company builds on long experiences, wide range of technologies in house and strong network of cooperating partners.

Description

Description:

The Czech company is specialised mainly in production of highly complicated machined parts, sub-assemblies, machines and complex equipment specified by customers. The company was established in 1994.

Currently the company is active in the following sectors:
- Scientific instruments (electron microscopy, vacuum technologies, various types of spectrometers). References: Thermo Fisher Scientific (former FEI), Tescan-Orsay holding, Cameca, Specac etc.

- Semiconductor industry (lithography, measuring equipment – e.g. sub-assemblies used in oscilloscopes or in testing microchips at absolute zero temperature). References: Oxford Instruments

- Aerospace and space industry, including army applications. References: ANTREG.

Please see product pictures below.

Most complex sub-assembly was made of 500 individual parts where 300 parts were produced by the company itself and 200 parts were produced or purchased by other cooperating companies.

Thanks to highly qualified workers, the range of services includes the option of engineering of technological solutions/products.

The quality of the supplied products and processes is the most crucial aspect for the company. To reach quality, stability and improvement of corporate process efficiency, the company was certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

The company is looking for long-term partnerships with new partners (customers) from above mentioned sectors and other relevant sectors like medical or optical sectors (medical devices e.g. lyophilizers; optical microscopes/systems). The partnership would be based on manufacturing or subcontracting agreement.

Advantages & innovations

Cooperation plus value:
1) Personalised approach - decades of experiences with engineering, manufacturing and assembling of various products/sub-assemblies for various high-tech markets as mentioned above. 2) Short delivery time and wide range of in-house technologies used for manufacturing/assembling. - CNC/conventional machining - surface treatment: Anodic oxidization of aluminium or its alloys; chemical or galvanic nickel plating; galvanic zinc coating, titan oxidation, water based painting, organic solution based painting. - Welding of various materials (stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Permalloy, nickel, aluminium alloys, brass, copper, plastics based on polyoxymetylen, polyetereterketon, polytetrafluorethylen, polyvinylchlorid). - Various types of soldering. - Various thermal processing of metal surfaces - e.g. annealing under hydrogen, argon or vacuum and other types of thermal processing. - Various testing devices, modern 3D measurement. - Cleanroom ISO 8 3) Close and flexible cooperation with many companies leading to: - increase of the production capacity - selection of the most suitable technologies needed for particular products - ensuring both in-time and high quality deliveries, even at short lead-times.

Partner sought

Cooperation area:
The company is looking for new partners (customers) with their own products or their suppliers (manufactures of related products/sub-assemblies). It is expected that partners sought will be commercial companies. The relevant sectors are scientific instruments, semiconductor industry, (aero) space, medical, optical or army applications and other sectors. The company would like to cooperate under the manufacturing or subcontracting agreements which means the company would like to carry out small and middle range of quantity orders (depends on the complexity) for machining. This range covers up to several hundreds of pieces. The company is able to assembly simple products up, but especially very complex sub-assemblies including hundreds of parts.
