The UK company was established in 1993 and over the last 25+ years has become a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of public order equipment and clothing.
The company has been able to bring the frontline experience of its Managing Director and other team members to bear on the design, innovation and manufacture of personal protective equipment for police forces, prisons and other ‘blue light’ industries. Its wide product range includes:
• Riot helmets
• Protective gloves
• Limb protection
• Police boots
• Police uniform accessories
• Riot shields
• Uniform gloves
• Motorcycle gloves
• Police batons
• Flame retardant clothing
• Hand cuffs
• Ballistic shields and helmets
As well as its own range of stock items, the company has established relationships with a network of approved manufacturers and suppliers with whom it works closely, ensuring ethical and responsible sourcing through its membership of Sedex (one of the world’s leading ethical trade service providers, which works to improve working conditions in global supply chains).
Furthermore, thanks to its in-house design team and its own leather and canvas workshop, the firm has the expertise and capability to design and produce bespoke solutions, as well as make modifications to an existing product. It can also undertake small quantity orders where required. During the Covid-19 crisis, the company has also been able adapt its knowledge gained from the design and manufacture of police riot helmets to create anti-microbial faceshields for health and care workers.
The company is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and continually checks the quality of all the products it supplies, to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the entire process.
The public order protection equipment supplied by the UK company is now used by police forces in countries across the world, including in Australia, Canada and Malaysia. However, it is keen to grow its international sales further and is therefore looking to appoint new distributors with a particular focus on the European, US and Canadian markets. Partners should have excellent contacts with potential clients in the police, prison or other security-related services.
