The Ukrainian furniture company, specialized in the production of sofas, corner sofas, armchairs, modular systems, and beds, is looking for commercial agents and distributors in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Switzerland under a commercial agency agreement or distribution agreement.



The Ukrainian manufacturer of furniture was founded in 1997 and occupies 5,000sq.m. of manufacturing and office facilities, also employing more than 170 people. It produces sofas, corners sofas, armchair, modular systems, and beds. The company's capacity is 2500 units with serial production per month in one shift, 1250 units with small series production per month in one shift. The company exports its products under its own trademark and ships them to customers throughout Europe.

From 2010 the company uses Kaizen philosophy and implement Lean Manufacturing. Assortment includes more than 50 upholstery furniture models, the selection of which is updated, adapted and improved every season. On request of the customer, the company can produce any models. The upholstery furniture has been awarded certificates by Ukrainian institutes and special exhibitions. On the basis of scientific knowledge and many years of experience, the company has constantly developed and improved the standards in furniture producing. The furniture has special orthopaedic-ergonomic properties. The producer is convinced of the exclusive quality and gives a 25-month guarantee on products.

The main aim of the company is to increase its sales by contracting with agents and furniture distributors. The company is looking for distributors to sell its furniture and agents to represent its products among hotels, restaurants, furniture shops, companies that could operate the company's website in their countries, etc.
