1) Technological process of grain cleaning and preparation for grinding. Within the framework of preparation process the grain is cleaned of organic and inorganic impurities, dust and dirt, the grain ash content is decreased, optimum humidity of the grain is provided;
2) Technological process of grain grinding and sorting of grain products.
The flour is made from qualitative wheat of local agrarians.
The enterprise produces 10 types of macaroni (gramophone,plain elbows, spiral, ribbed feathers, vermicelli, noodles, twisted elbows, ribbed elbows, shells,combs) made from high grade wheat flour and water. By way of forming the macaroni are pressed. In order to be used in producing macaroni, the flour undergoes the following procedures: mixing, sifting, magnetic cleaning and weighing. Within the framework of packaging process the macaroni also stand the test on magnetic separators.
