A growing Danish company specialised in digital printing is looking for printing houses, under a subcontracting agreement, that can print on a corrugated plastic and who are able to provide their own supply of materials.
The Danish company was founded in 2013 by three owners who together have more than 40 years' experience in the printing sector. Together with a team of graphic designers, they offer a broad range of printed products: blocks, letter paper, leaflets, booklets, envelopes, flyers, posters, postcards, roll-ups, business cards, catalogues and booklets in Wire-O printing and they have capacity to produce brochures, catalogues and books in small amounts and roll-ups and banners in small formats.
They have a few small-scale machines in-house, but as these only cover around 10% of their orders, they are looking for European subcontractors to deliver the larger volumes they need. It's likely, that several partners will deliver different products.
They already have existing partners in Eastern Europe, for example in Latvia, Poland, UK and Germany for specific printing tasks, but they are now looking for subcontractors who can print on corrugated plastic, which is primarily used for election posters.
As the owners are extremely well networked with all the right and relevant clients in Denmark. For the right partner, this will be a great opportunity to get involved in an expanding business and expect an increase of orders as time goes by.
The subcontractors need to be ready to deliver large volumes with potentially short notices. The sizes of orders will vary, depending on the product, season etc.
The corrugated plastic must be 3mm or 5mm thick and only one side of it must have print on it.
Subcontractors must have their own supplier of this material as it will not be provided by Danish company.
The supplier must be reliable and be able to deliver within approx. 14 days.
The company's own products meet the standards of the Nordic Ecolabel (Svanemærket) and they prefer for their partners to also meet the sustainability/environmental standards of their country.
The partner should be an experienced digital printing house, with the capacity to deliver large orders with potenitally short notices, who is experienced in printing on corrugated plastic and able to source the material.
