This cooperation would ideally be in the scope of a commercial agreement, whereas an agent would represent the German company in searching for, selling, and marketing their services. Alternatively, a distribution services agreement would be considered, an agent would sell the German company’s products on behalf of the German company.

The task of the agent/representative would be to identify opportunities to sell and promote the company's products and services. These opportunities could be either to customers with no existing industrial plant or to customers who could integrate the services/products into an existing product or system scope.
The agents and/or representatives should have concrete experience in industrial applications which overlap the company's areas of specialty as outlined above. This experience could include, for example, wastewater treatment, secondary raw material treatment and chemical treatement.
The agent/representative should have strong networking skills in the target industries, as well as experience in consulting, sales and service.
