A Russian company from Krasnoyarsk produces energy-saving, heat and sound insulating material made of cellulose fiber and treated with boric minerals, which can be used in different spheres of construction. The Russian company is looking for foreign partners to conclude commercial agency, distribution and licence agreements.
The Russian company from Krasnoyarsk was established in 2014. Today, the company is engaged in production of energy-saving, heat and sound insulating material made of cellulose fiber and treated with boric minerals. This material is used for acoustic insulation and insulation of building constructions.
There are several features of the produced material, such as: three-stage crashing, fluffing and air extension of fiber, usage of a mixing chamber – turbulent mixing of chemical components, shrink resistance (extended fiber length - 3-4 mm). The company offers produced material to the building companies, private developers and to overhaul programs.
The Russian company is looking for foreign partners (SMEs, large companies, R&D institutions) to conclude commercial agency, distribution and licence agreements. Under the licence agreement the company will provide the partner with the all technical support. Under the distribution agreement the company will supply the necessary allotment of material to the partner for the subsequent sale. Under the commercial agency agreement the company will supply the partner with the necessary documents and promotional information.
1. Very low thermal conductivity: 0,037 W/(mK);
2. Fluffing in the process of production: it is convenient both for manual and mechanical heat insulation;
3. 4-fold reduced density and consumption for the construction of: intermediate slabs – 30 kg/cu.m; diagonal structures - 40 kg/cu.m; walls - 50 kg/cu.m/;
4. Turbulent mixing of chemical components assures: improved fire safety; enhanced biological stability;
5. Shrink resistance: extended fiber length: 3-4 mm instead of 2 mm.
Type: SMEs, large companies, R&D intitutions.
Role: under the licence agreement, the partner is to buy the licence for the product. Under the distribution agreement the partner must purchase products for its further distribution. Under commercial agency agreement, the agent is obliged to facilitate promotion of the produced materials.
