The company, based in Romania, is active in the field of retail sale via stalls and markets of food, beverages and tobacco products, being specialized in the trade of chocolate products. Its interest is in diversifying its current activity, thus targeting to become a franchisee in the field of sweet products, ice cream, pastry and coffee, which it can represent or distribute in its own country, in order to complement its existing product range.
The Romanian company was founded in 2018, having as main objective the retail of chocolate pralines.
The range of products offered by the Romanian company includes: chocolate pralines, peanuts and chocolate candies, nougat, jellies and fruit patties, chocolate drinks, chocolate discs, tablets and chocolate bars.
All the offered products are in accordance with the traditional recipe based on 100% cocoa butter and by using the finest, best quality and fresh ingredients available. Some of these, carefully selected, can be: butter and whipped cream, milk cream, hazelnuts from Turkey, Morello cherries from Perigord region, almonds from Italy and Valencian oranges.
The company does not use frozen products and has over 100 varieties of pralines offered in more than 40 gift wrapping modes, from standard boxes to limited edition.
Also, it has integrated Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points and Critical Control Points to ensure a high level of safety and security in the delivery of its products.
The company is interested in diversifying its current range of products by including sweet products, ice cream, pastry, and coffee through table-serving services. Thus the company is interested in developing new international partnerships by willing to become a franchisee.
Targeted partners should have experience in producing sweet products (without having an exhausting list, some examples could be: cakes, candies, cookies, custards, dessert sauces, doughnuts, frozen desserts, pies, tarts, puddings etc.) / ice cream / pastry / coffee in order to offer their recipes and products for franchising. Products need to be prepared for individual consumption, using natural ingredients, without having special requirements for specific standards or packaging. However the products need to be manufactured in accordance with Quality Standards (ISO 9001) and the Hazard analysis and critical control points.
The potential partner needs to be a manufacturer of the required products with experience in international cooperation and to be able to supply a wide variety of high quality goods under a franchise agreement.
The targeted partner should also provide the necessary training programs and ongoing support, know-how, quality control standards, the business model, brand name, trademark and logo (copyrights). As well it is important that the partner to reveal its advertising commitment.
There are no restrictions in what concerns the terms and rights for the franchise license, expect the fact that the territory should be exclusive.
