An Italian company intends to enlarge its portfolio of distributors for its own, innovative brand of technologies for laser therapy and cryo-thermal therapy.
The company produces technologies, which can be aggregated into a single device and can be adapted to the needs of the patient. The company is looking for cooperation partners in specific countries in Europe.
The company has been on the market for 17 years and started its business as importer and distributor of devices for electrotherapy, postural analysis, physical therapy and rehabilitation, which are sold successfully all over Italy. Recently in 2014, it started developing its own brand of therapeutic devices and since 2015 the brand has been on the market.
After a long and scientific study of the bibliography, identifying tissues, cells, molecules and mediators involved in inflammation, pain, stiffness, swelling, etc. and finding, moreover, also the operating frequencies of these, they developed their own brand of devices for laser therapy and cryo thermal therapy.
Their products aggregate into an easy-to-use single device for laser- and cryo thermal therapy and allow to solve many different problems with a single device and every program is designed so as to specifically address the patient's problem. The software and administration of the treatments are extremely intuitive.
The company produces 5 different models of laser devices: three models with a single wavelength - 1064nm, a model with double wavelengths - 808nm + 1064nm and the flagship model with triple wavelengths - 1064 + 808 + 1120nm (absolute innovation on the market). Furthermore, they produce a model of cryo thermal device that gives the possibility to make cold, hot, thermal shock and contrast therapy (cycles of heat and cold) and 4 models of combined devices (laser + cryo thermal), as each every laser device can be fitted with the cryo-thermal therapy at any time.
The company intends to enlarge its portfolio of distributors for its own brand and is interested in cooperation based on distribution services agreement in specific European countries giving exclusivity to the distributors on their national territory.
•Dispensing mode: each laser can dispense in 4 different modes: the traditional continuous and pulsed mode with well-known and consolidated indications, the super-pulsed mode of the most recent introduction, and above all the harmonic pulsation: a frequency scan that can globally regulate the healing processes.
•Wavelengths: 808 nm for its biostimulant effects, 1064 nm for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, 1120 nm for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant super-targeted-effects (innovation); each wavelength is piloted individually to maximize interaction at the molecular and tissue levels [Innovation].
•Triphasic dose response: works according triphasic dose response instead of the biphasic dose response principle (Arndt-Schulz law), because both stimulant and inhibitory effects may have therapeutic utility;
•Innovative cryo-thermal: allows to deliver cold, hot, but also thermal shock (strong temperature drop in few seconds) and the innovative contrast-therapy® (application of hot and cold cycles alternating).
•Easy aggregation of all technologies into a single device, enabling the operator to address not only the different pathological conditions, but also the different phases of the recovery path, adapting treatment planning to patient needs as if it were the prescription of a drug.
The distributors should have at least 5 years of experience in the health sector and proven experience in distribution/sales of medical supply in the physiotherapy rehabilitation sector or related medical areas (diagnosis, chirurgic) if they are interested in enlarging their portfolio. The potential partners should not be manufacturers of their own brand of laser therapy and cryo thermal systems. Training for devices is provided by the Italian company at the distributor’s office. The company will give exclusivity to distributor on their national territory. The distributor therefore has to be able to cover their whole territory with employees, agents or with resellers, that they have or they can hire. The Italian company will offer technical and remote assistance.
