The company was founded in South West Poland in 2011 as a separate programming project of a pre-existing company that needed a CRM system to improve its ongoing operations. The main product offered by SME is the proprietary CRM. It is a company management application designed for small and medium businesses. An easy-to-use web application that facilitates management with customer relations and support for business matters. With access to all online functions, it allows you to work efficiently in a team. The system also enables mobile work on phones and smartphones.
The most important features of the product are:

The system is translated into English, German, French and Georgian languages so these markets are envisaged as first destination markets abroad. The company is willing to expand to other countries and regions as well and is looking for new international partnerships. The international cooperation is envisaged via licence agreement and oriented at long term cooperation.
