A Russian company from Novosibirsk develops and produces components, devices and systems based on fiber-optic technology, which are used in a wide range of experiments in different realms of science. The company is looking for partners to conclude joint venture and license agreements.
The Russian company from Novosibirsk was established in 2000 as a producer of ultraviolet argon lasers, which are used as an emission source in recording technology of fiber gratings. Today the company is specialized in the design and production of components, devices, and systems based on fiber-optic technology, including fiber lasers of different types: single-frequency single-mode, non-single-frequency single-mode and wavelength tunable fiber lasers. There are several wavelength ranges available: 1530-1580 nm, 1030-1120 nm, 770-790 nm, 515-561 nm. These products are intended for the laboratory use in a broad range of experiments in physics, optics, chemistry, biology, geology and can further be used for various optical environmental monitoring systems. The Russian company is looking for foreign partners (research institutes, large companies, universities) to conclude joint venture and license agreements. Under the joint venture agreement the company will contribute its assets and resources to the joint venture. Under the license agreement, the company is to support the partner with all technical documentation.
Competitive advantages: 1) Devices customization by the request (various optical output types, additional outputs, modulation of the output emission, etc.); 2) Unavailiability of several features from competitors (rare wavelengths, wavelength tunability).
Type: large companies, R&D intitutions, universities. Role: under joint venture agreement the partner is to contribute its assets and resources to the joint venture and launch the production process. Under licence agreement the partner is to purchase the licensing rights.
