The EEN Canarias Consortium in collaboration with other network partners are organising a marketplace in the context of the AFRICAGUA International Forum under the theme of Water and Renewable Energy. The marketplace will focus on partnership opportunities, including presentations of the profiles and networking meetings with participants (clusters, research organisations, universities, SMEs and public bodies) from Spain, and other EEN countries.
AFRICAGUA has established itself as the international model regarding water and renewable energy, attended by international organisations, national authorities, regional and local authorities from diverse countries, specifically in Sub-Saharan Africa, in this edition Côte d'Ivoire is the guest country, join the Cape Verde, Gambia, Senegal, Mauritania, Ghana, Morocco and São Tomé and Principe.
This edition of AFRICAGUA focuses on raise awareness of the importance of access to quality water and renewable energy for global environmental, economic and social sustainability
AFRICAGUA features a full timetable of workshops, round-tables and presentations providing a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of the topic, as well as real-world case studies and examples of best practices, in order to fully prepare participants to be successful.
The consortium collaborates with following stakeholders: Fuerteventura Chambers of Commerce, Cabildo de Fuerteventura, Casa África, Canarias Government, ICEX and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria University.
