Description
Hungary is becoming increasingly interesting for companies in the plastics industry. This is not only due to the comparatively lower labor costs combined with a high level of training, but is above all the result of extensive foreign direct investment since joining the EU. The country has been able to bring in interesting players for the plastics industry, particularly in the electrical and electronics sector, in the automotive industry, which accounts for 7% of polymer demand, and in the consumer goods sector, such as Samsonite and Lego.
As part of the Enterprise Europe Network, ZENIT GmbH is planning a delegation trip to Hungary in cooperation with kunststoffland.NRW. In addition to visits to companies in the industry, the opportunity to network with Hungarian plastics companies and associations and participation in a company matching, Hungary's most important trade fair, "Industry Days", is the destination of the trip.
The Industry Days are the largest and most important trade fair in Hungary and will take place from May 7th to 11th, 2024 in Budapest. It is the country's largest business meeting in the industrial sector, where global brands, market leaders and small and medium-sized enterprises from national and international industries present their products, services, solutions and developments. At the same time, AUTOMOTIVE HUNGARY, the international trade exhibition for suppliers to the automotive industry, will take place.
In addition to informative specialist lectures from our partners from the AHK Hungary and our EEN partner HEPA, among other things, on the Hungarian market and the local plastics industry, trade fair tickets and an organized trade fair tour, a matchmaking event tailored to your needs is part of the travel program, where you can make targeted contacts and Find business partners. We are also organizing a networking dinner with representatives of the Hungarian plastics industry.
Participation in the delegation trip is free of charge. There are no fees for entry to the trade fair, tours, matchmaking events, specialist lectures, transfers, company visits and lunch. Only the individual flight costs, accommodation and dinner are to be borne by the participants themselves.
