CONTACT "denkmal" - Networking and Matchmaking event

That brookerage and networking event has been a tradition since 2008 and takes place on the occasion of the trade fair "denkmal" in Leipzig, Saxony - the leading fair in the restoration sector in Europe - every other year . It is organised as an one day hybrid event through the chamber of crafts dresden and Leipzig and the fair.

It is aimed at exhibitors and visitors of the fair coming from all sectors related to the preservation of cultural heritage, restoration and renovation of buildings. They can be from R & D, architects, planners, investors, builders, specialised craftsmen, distributers of related products or representatives from conservation authorities.

We use a bilingual b2match-event-website for the registration and the matching. The participants can chose either to have the 1:1 meetings at the event area or - if they are exhibitors - to have them at their booth. The meeting slots are clocked at 30-minute intervals.

We colaborate with other German and also foreign EEN-Partners as well as stake holders to invite delegations from other countries. The delegations receive guided tours across the exhibition area to preselected exhibitors. Therefore participating exhibitors can offer to welcome these delegations at their booth within the registration process.
Participants can chose to be supported by interpreters for their 1:1 meetings which we recruit in advance.

The registration is open until the 25 th of October. The booking of meetings is possible between the 2nd of September and the 7th of November. Requests have to be accepted or rejected by the participants in order to be scheduled.

We promote the event internationally through our stakeholders as well as foreign EEN-partners. We invite Partners from Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, France and Luxembourg to be co-organisers/support office.

At the end of the day we offer a networking get together or participants can join the award ceremony for the preservation of heritage award Saxony.
