Description
In a combined effort to boost trade within the Single Market, the SYNDESMOS VIOMICHANION ELLADOS (Federation of Industries of Greece - SVE), the MINISTERIE VAN ECONOMISCHE ZAKEN in the Netherlands, and the CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE ET D'INDUSTRIE DE BRUXELLES, and VLAAMSE GEWEST (in Belgium), all of which are members of the Enterprise Europe Network, are co-organizing a dedicated food and beverages mission to Utrecht in the Netherlands and Brussels in Belgium on 10-14 November 2025.
In order to co-ordinate and further multiply their activities to reach out to potential participants, the Network Partners are also working closely with the Greek-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the respective Greek Commercial and Economic Affairs Offices in their countries.
In view of the fact that the food and beverages sector in Greece is of such vital importance to the Greek economy, this mission aims to contribute to the greater business exchange between Greek producers on the one hand, and Dutch and Belgian importer-buyers on the other. It is important to note that both Belgium and the Netherlands are significant markets for Greek food and beverages products. For example, Greece exported approximately €7 million worth of finished food products to Belgium, and it exported approximately 7.8 million kilos of various fresh fruits to the Netherlands, valued at €11.5 million.
