Mission of Latvian companies to Denmark

EEN Latvia, in co-operation with Latgale Planning Region and having involved EEN colleagues from ERHVERVSHUS SJAELLAND is organizing a study and experience exchange mission of Latvian, mainly agriculture, companies, and non-governmental companies to Denmark (Copenhagen, Soro, Roskilde).
The main objective is the promotion of agriculture products and creating a new market for Latvian companies as well as strengthening the operational capacity of companies.

The 2-day program includes:
- presentation of Region Zealand and a local business overview;
- presentation of trends, strategy, and development of the Danish agricultural industry;
- visit of the one of the local start-up incubator divisions;
- presentation of internationalization of food production and biotechnology by Anders Skeem (EEN), International Manager at Food & Bio Cluster Denmark;
- visit to the local cattle farm with a café, a farm shop, and a qualitative, sustainable approach;
- visit to the farm Adamshøj Gods offering agriculture, farm shop, and egg production with an interesting and sustainable approach; n

One day is foreseen for the visit and participation in ROSKILDE DYRSKUE - the Largest Agricultural & Livestock Fair in Denmark.
