Description
The EU-Japan Centre, Enterprise Europe Network representative for Japan, is organising its very first Space Business Mission to Japan targeting SMEs and clusters active in the space sectors.
The Centre offers 12 EU space-related SMEs and clusters the opportunity to exhibit in-person at the International Space Industry Exhibition (ISIEX) in Tokyo. Selected participants will have the opportunity to connect with Japanese business partners and showcase their technologies during the 3-day exhibition.

TARGET PARTICIPANTS
The mission targets EU SMEs and clusters active in the following sectors: space-related technologies for robots, lunar exploration, rocket development + manufacturing, launch infrastructure, satellite utilisation, and other downstream space-related services.
OBJECTIVES
- Explore and create partnering opportunities with Japanese companies.
- Gain valuable insights and knowledge about the Japanese market.
- Prepare the ground for practical cluster cooperation with Japanese counterparts as a cluster.
COSTS
- The EU-Japan Centre covers all costs directly related to the mission: the booth at the trade fair, professional interpreters, partnering activities.
- The participating company is expected to cover travel expenses to Tokyo and the trade fair venue, accommodation and living expenses.
Please note: the number of allowed participants is limited, therefore companies interested to the mission will have to fill in an application form and a selection process will take place to identify final participants.
