The Matchmaking event will take place during the Conference Synergies between Innovation and Internal Security Fund, where speakers will present the synergies between European Funds and innovation initiatives, Pre-commercial procurement and forensic intelligence. with the objective to present the use of European Security Funds within the National Police, mainly ISF ( Internal Security Fund), and especially to explain its possibility when it comes to financing innovation
The Spanish National Police present the initiative of Public Innovation Procurement in the National Police, with two main proposals, in technological vigilance phase, which will most certainly catalyse future project financed by the Internal Security Fund
The first step is doing Preliminary market consultations, through which the state of the art of the technology to be acquired and the different solutions in:
-Forensic intelligence challenge in the National Police, managed by the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) together with the National Police.
-Proposal of financing, through the Promoting Innovation Line of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, as a part of the Strategic Initiative of Public Innovation Procurement.
The Matchmaking Event (B2B) is organized in collaboration with Canary Islands Institute of Technology (Enterprise Europe Network partner) and Digital Innovation Hub from Canary Islands -CIDIHUB, in order to provide an opportunity for transnational technology, business, and research partnerships in fields of Internal Security. The meetings will be carried out on the 9th November, from 15:30-17:30, at the Hotel Lopesan Costa Meloneras, (Address: Mar Mediterraneo 1, Meloneras) Gran Canaria.
The objectives of this Matchmaking is looking SMEs, companies, universities, research centers, clusters, etc, in:
-Technologic database for implementing innovative solutions and new technologies.
-Digitalization of the Forensic Science Police
-Secure communication
-Big data
-Geolocalization
-Blockchain
-Innovative solutions for management support
-Real-time interaction between real and virtual scenes
-Quality and training
