CONFEDERACION DE EMPRESARIOS DE ANDALUCIA

The Confederation of Employers and Industries of Andalusia (CEA) is a regional, professional, inter-sectorial, non-profit organization. It stands as the most representative business association in Andalusia, encompassing all provinces, Ceuta, Melilla, and various productive sectors. CEA comprises 107 sectorial and provincial associations, ranging from large companies to SMEs and self-employed workers, and has 141 direct sponsor companies. Additionally, there are approximately 180,000 indirectly associated companies and 764 indirectly affiliated business organizations. Structure and Membership as direct Affiliates:

- Special associated territorial organizations (Ceuta & Melilla): 2
- Special associated organizations: 9

Notable special associated organizations include the Association of Self-Employed Workers of Andalusia (ATA-Andalusia) with over 70,000 members, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs (AJE Andalucía) with more than 2,300 entrepreneurs and 3,200 companies, and the Andalusian Federation of Women Entrepreneurs (FAME).
CEA's primary activities include representing and defending Andalusian SMEs to various local, regional, national, European, and international authorities, and providing high value-added services to these SMEs. During the COVID-19 crisis, CEA played a crucial role in maintaining dialogue between public administrations and businesses, ensuring the correct application of measures and adapting to the needs of companies. The organization sent daily updates to SMEs about the evolving regulations.
CEA is involved in various European and regional initiatives, including:
- Andalusian Steering Committees of European Funds (ESF, REDEF & EAFRD)
- Agencia Andalucia TRADE (Regional Development and Regional Foreign Trade Promoting Agency)

CEA has contributed to the Andalusian Economic Internationalization Strategy 2021-2027, Andalusian Aerospace Strategy, and Andalusian Energetic Strategy 2030. It is a foundational member of two Digital Innovation Hubs (Artificial Intelligence and Robotics-Andalusia & Agrotech(EDIH)).
CEA also participates in several institutional public bodies, such as the Andalusian Labour Relations Council, the Andalusian Trade Council, and the Andalusian Tourism Council.
CEA provides a wide range of services including labor relations, labor risk prevention, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), SME capacity building, entrepreneurship, training, access to financing, internationalization, European projects, digitalization, sustainability, and innovation. Currently, CEA has over 60,000 registered users, with more than 18,000 users participating in advisory services like CEA+Empresas and related EEN projects (Ceseand, ScaleUP, ..).
Key project platforms include CEA+Empresas, CEA+Autónomos, CESEAND (Enterprise Europe Network), Innoases, Innobox+, and the Business Observatory for the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda (OECA). These platforms offer tools, reports, and activities such as seminars, networking events, and webinars.
The CEA’s team on EEN project is composed by multilingual senior advisers specialized in different areas and willing to serve to SMEs.
