From November 21st to 23rd, 2023, a Company Mission to Brazil was organized with the participation of 8 Swedish SMEs. The mission aimed to explore business opportunities, establish new partnerships, and foster innovation-driven collaborations between Sweden and Brazil.
During the mission, participants engaged in site visits, networking sessions, and business matchmaking with Brazilian companies and organizations. Key events included visits to Inovabra (innovation hub), Invest in São Paulo, and Business Sweden, as well as an inspiration session featuring successful Swedish entrepreneurs operating in Brazil. The mission concluded with a matchmaking event at SENAI Institute for Innovation in Biotechnology, enabling direct business interactions between Swedish and Brazilian stakeholders.
The mission facilitated over 30 business meetings, identifying potential collaborations in bioeconomy, sustainability, mining, and health technologies. The participating companies gained valuable insights into the Brazilian market and established strong connections for future cooperation.
This initiative was organized in collaboration with Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), RISE, Business Sweden, CISB, SENAI, Vinnova, and EMBRAPII, contributing to the strengthening of Sweden-Brazil innovation and business relations.
