The Czech company with a longer history that has focused on the production of tools and body care kits. The company started with the production of manicure and pedicure tools and gradually added custom metalworking. It has approximately 130 employees.
One industry is metal fabrication, a traditional manufacturer of scissors, tweezers, files and other tools used in manicures and pedicures. The company is currently looking for partners/customers to source these manicure and pedicure tools.
Currently, the company uses a technology called precision cutting for custom metal fabrication. Precision cutting is a promising technology because it can often replace conventional chip machining by saving the number of manufacturing operations. The company has 2 presses, each weighing 250 t, which allow a combination of the 3 forces characteristic of precision cutting. This guarantees a very high precision of dimensions (as required, in hundredths of mm), flatness and shape.
The company's other processes include pressing, heat treatment, electroplating and other technologies are also used for the custom production of small metal parts in production cooperation with business partners.
The Czech company is now offering to outsource the custom production of precision ground parts and is also looking for someone to source manicure and pedicure tools.
