- The Madrid based, technology centre, collaborates with innovation agents from the Advanced Materials, Sustainable Agro-Food and Digital Transformation technologies, to increase its solutions readiness levels (from TRL 3 to 7). With expertise in partnering with SMEs and research institutions, and experience in EU projects, the center offers its infrastructures, know-how and team capacities under R&D cooperation and agreements.

The Madrid region technological centre, gained recently its condition as regional innovation center. With activities oriented to three main areas: digital transformation, advanced materials and agri-food; the center's mision is to act as a partner for european smes and research institutions, willing to codevelop innovative products and services. Their infraestructures (labs/equipments) and team members expertise are suited to fulfill technical development needs, focusing in digital fields and techniques as:
ADVANCED MATERIALS
-Chemistry and materials engineering: Helping to develop new functional materials to improve performance, through their design and the use of new and efficient processing techniques.
-Circular economy: Adressing technological solutions that allow the remediation of contaminated effluents, the recovery of by-products and waste, in order to maximize their recycling or reuse.
-Energy Transition: Providing new materials that advance in the transition towards clean processes and energies both in their generation, storage and in their use in industrial decarbonization.
AGRO-FOOD
-Food and health: Offering solutions to comply with a healthy diet based on three fundamental pillars: natural, nutritious and functional.
-Sustainable functional food: Helping to reduce food waste, encourage the use of food surpluses and promote the innovative use of agri-food by-products.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
-Digital identity: Providing confidence to client's processes regarding identification and authentication of people and devices for all types of online transactions, preserving privacy.
-Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning: We bring cybersecurity to AI/ML processes and apply AI/ML to cybersecurity.
Willing to increase its european innovation activities through active participation in collaborative projects in its field of action, the centre offers its services and capacities under research and development cooperation agreements. - Advantages and Innovations

As a regional technological centre its activities are oriented to open innovation, collaborative and cooperative schemes , being aligned to its regional ecosystem role as an innovator dinamization agent, connecting research, Smes and industry, fostering market readiness pathways .
- Already involved in collaborations with regional, national and European innovators, especially SMEs and research institutions, with state of the art, research and development infrastructures (labs/equipment) and an experienced and skilled team, with relevant expertise as R&D coordinators and technology development activities.
- Regarding collaborative Eu projects, the centre has experience in different roles (leaders, partners, subcontracting), and provides help in process as connecting members, forming successful consortia, or developing European proposals.
-EU project experience is related to its past and present participation in programs such as H2020, now HORIZON EUROPE, LIFE+, PRIMA, etc.

NEWSKIN - Innovation Eco-system to accelerate Industrial uptake of advanced surface
nano-technologies.
ROBINSON - Smart integration of local energy sources and innovative storage for flexible,
secure and cost efficIent energy supply on industrialized islands.
NEFERTITI - Innovative photocatalysts for direct CO2 and H2O conversion into solar fuels.
CATCO2NVERS - Creating added-value chemicals from bio-industrial CO2 emissions using
catalytic technologies.
COSMOS - Advanced chemicals production from circular bio-based industries
FRACTION - Novel lignocellulose fractionation process for added valorisations.
WATERPROOF - Urban waste and water treatment emission reduction via CO2 utilization.
MADITRACE - Material and digital traceability for the certification of critical raw mater
PATAFEST - Potato crop effective management strategies to tackle future pest threats - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought

Preferred partners and expertise sought are:
Private companies or public institutions from the new materials / food / digital fields with activities as researchers, processors, end users or any actor willing to execute technical tasks towards the common objective of co-developing research and innovations within TRL stages 3 to 7 interval, or from proof of concept to system integration stages.
