Full Description

Polish multibranch cooperative established in 1954 and hiring disabled people (60% of their staff) is specializing in sewing and assembly works.
Their sewing studio produces all kinds of fashion and home textiles including clothing, workwear, bedding and towels mainly for hotels and restaurants but also all kinds of covers for products and machinery. They are able to prepare a new collection from the scratch. Their designers can draw client’s vision and prepare samples in all sizes. They can either use own fabrics or provided materials. They also have their own products such as table cloths, bedding, textile bags and workwear for medical sector.
Their current partners come from Denmark, Sweden and Germany, but they are open to all EU countries interested in collaboration. So far, they have been working with well- known and respected brands but also small fashion designers.
As for assembly services, they have an experienced team, that can do sorting, selecting, measuring, packing and preparing for shipping. Currently, they handle works incl. assembly of ear-plugs and test-plugs produced by well-known Danish and Swedish manufacturers.

Advantages and Innovations

Apart from sewing services the company provides the following services: designing and drawing templates in all sizes, cutting of all kinds of textiles, including gum and leather but also personalizing textiles with embroidery and prints. Their cutting room is equipped with machines allowing to cut large-formats and heavy materials, such as fire-resistant fabrics.
