Established in 1949 and privatized in 2004, with approximately 130 employees, the Macedonian company is one of the leading refractory (heat resistant) materials providers in North Macedonia and the region. Besides on the domestic market, they are also present on the markets of the Balkan countries, as well as Russia, Ukraine, and the EU countries. The factory has significantly developed by expanding the range of products and increasing production levels by incorporating modern production techniques. The quality of products has been significantly enhanced by improving the raw materials mix and by applying proper process supervision.
The company has also implemented a robust Quality Management System in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 for the following scope: Development and production of refractory materials (refractory bricks and refractory mixes).
The company is in the process of applying for certification under ISO 14001 for its sustained
environment-related practices. The products offered by the company consist of a wide range of refractory products such as fire clay and high alumina refractory materials; baked magnesia, magnesia - chromium and magnesia-spinal refractory materials, magnesia, magnesia-chromium, magnesia-spinal ramming, and torket masses; magnesia and magnesia-chromium mortars; resinbonded magnesia carbon and alumina-magnesia carbon bricks. The products are used for the ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy sectors, foundry industries, thermal power plants, and oil industry.
The company is looking to offer its products to large industrial companies in the above-mentioned sectors in other regions by establishing long-term business relationships with foreign companies -distributors or agents via distribution services agreement and/or commercial agency agreement.
Partners with experience in distribution are preferable. The role of potential business partners should be active distribution and representation of the company on the local market and introduction of the products in the local market.
