The company was founded in 1999. By 2013, the only line of activity was the production of headwear. Regular study of market needs, availability of good production facilities and huge potential allowed the clothing factory in 2013 to expand the range of products and launch new manufacturing lines to producing different type of head wear. Today companies product range including:
A total of about 250 SKUs of headwear products:
Winter collection: Women's headwear (hats, hoods, earmuff, beret, baseball caps)
Summer collection of women's and unisex collections: baseball caps, panamas, fez (docker), visors, cowboy hats, hats.
Baseball caps of different segments (basic, medium, premium)
Headwear accessories are made of stainless materials for durability and reliability of use. The fabric is produced to a greater extent from natural components. Certain types of fabrics have quality certificates for compliance with REACH.
Unique self-developed headgear production technologies are used. Production is equipped with the following technologies for creating designs:
• laser engraving and cutting
• silk screen printing
• DTF printing
• machine embroidery
• decoration with rhinestones
• technology of artificial tissue aging
The production possibilities are:
• Production of 1000-1500 units of headwear per day
• About 100 workers
• 4 sewing shops
• Experimental unit.
