1. Develop the mould/tooling for the product.
2. Assist in optimising the moulding process to create an efficient mould, reducing both cost and time.
3. Manufacture the product to the highest quality standards.
4. Possess prior experience in moulding and manufacturing.
5. Hold all necessary certifications required for product production.
6. Acknowledge the product's patent pending status and express a commitment to establishing a close partnership with the manufacturer.
7. Provide flexibility in payment for tooling/mould, either through upfront payment or a partnership arrangement. In a partnership, the high mould cost can be incorporated into a rebate scheme, agreed upon for each product sold or produced.
8. Once terms are agreed upon, their company will visit the factory and office.
9. Conduct thorough quality control inspections of the final run units before shipment.
10. All shipments must pass this quality check/inspection before being dispatched.
