Full Description

A Finnish family business is known for their unique stone and steel jewelry collection. The company is specialised in crafting jewelry from Finnish black stone.

There is a growing demand for their unique design jewelry and therefore, they are now looking for manufacturers who could produce the stone parts for the products in their current collections. They are also open to any new ideas and methods and very flexible adapting to new possibilities brought up by the manufacturing partner.

There are few alternative ways of collaborating:
1. Outsourcing the crafting of the stone parts; stone blanks and small stone parts. The raw material delivered either from Finland or elsewhere depending on the material.
2. Outsourcing the manufacture of stone parts (above) and possibly also the manufacture of steel parts.
3. Manufacture of above mentioned jewelry products with a custom label.

For example, the manufacturer should saw slabs of black stone about 1mm (1-1.5mm) thick and polish them. Alternatively, they could make stone pendants or small pieces of rough stone according to drawings.

The most potential partner produces the stone parts themselves, including sawing, drilling, grinding, and can make the stone parts according to the drawings. They should also have the production machinery designed for crafting the jewelry stones.
