In particular, it produces toilet flush buttons. These sanitary accessories are made of ABS Telluran GP22 and have a surface area of between 0.52 and 1.35 dm2. The SME is currently looking for a manufacturer capable of providing chromium VI or Chromium III plating services for these accessories. Plating thickness range from16.3 to 39.5 µm.
The parts come into contact with ceramic surfaces and are exposed to cleaning products. Therefore, the parts, particularly the chrome plating, must be durable.
In addition to chromium plating quality, cost will be a key selection criterion.
