Company is located in Republika Srpska, in the Prijedor town (north-western Bosnia and Herzegovina). The organization was founded in 2005 as a family business, with 3 employees, in which great love and passion for the production of beds, stemming from many years of work on the market of sleeping programs, is directed. Also, it should be mentioned that the production of quality furniture from Bosnia and Herzegovina has its roots and tradition far back in the past.
The organization specializes in the production of high-quality solid wood beds. Her classic wooden beds are made of the highest quality beech and oak wood from the Balkan forests. The beds they produce are practical, elegant, simple, made almost exclusively from natural materials and are easy to assemble.
Working for years on expanding the production program, improving the sales process, increasing production efficiency, improving product quality and strengthening personnel potential, the organization has "baked the craft" and experientially "closed the circle" in terms of serial production. The entire production process is realized with our own capacities, in our own space (over 2500 m²), relying on domestic raw materials. The organization complies with the standards FSC CoC (FSC-C122764) and EN 71-3:2019).
The organization is focused on responsible selection of raw materials, regular pollutant tests and constant monitoring of wood origin and suppliers. Quality control of raw materials, control of current production and internal and external processes, as well as final inspection immediately before product packaging are part of daily business.
The company makes constant investments in development by introducing new technologies.
The company uses the following technologies for making its products:
- CAD/CAM design,
- CAD/CAM programming,
- Machining and surface treatment of wood (Classical and CNC technologies),
- wet varnishing.
Potentials and excellence are proven by constant progress and growth in the international market. Diligent work and uncompromising quality that make up our business strategy has proven to be worth it. Today, the company markets about 90% of its products on the European Union market.
Through the constant expansion of capacity and creation of new jobs, and the implementation of conservation measures, a contribution is made to the local environment. The company employs more than 90 workers.
