A Danish food company is looking for long-term manufacturing partners to produce a range of Mediterranean-inspired food products. The company is planning to expand its product line and is therefore looking to outsource the production of the following categories:

Mediterranean dips and spreads such as baba ghannouj (roasted eggplant dip), toum (garlic spread), aioli, and other similar products.

Mediterranean dairy products, both traditional and lactose-free, including tzatziki, labneh (yogurt cheese), and related items.

Dressings such as chili mayo, caesar, balsamic, and other varieties.

Falafel, either in dough form (not fried) or as ready-to-eat (fried).

The Danish company has developed its own recipes for the products mentioned above but is also open to using the recipes of the manufacturing partners if they meet the desired quality and taste standards.

The company is seeking reliable and experienced partners capable of producing high-quality products in accordance with European food safety standards. Manufacturing agreements are foreseen as the form of cooperation.
