The Ukrainian Association of High-Tech Enterprises and Organizations "KOSMOS" is a non-governmental, non-profit structure uniting over 65 enterprises, research institutions, startups, and universities from across Ukraine. The Association represents more than 5,000 professionals working in the fields of space exploration, satellite technologies, defense innovations, and high-tech engineering.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Kyiv, the Association serves as a national platform for consolidating the efforts of science, industry, and education to strengthen Ukraine's technological sovereignty and international cooperation.
Key activities and offerings include:
• Facilitating partnerships in satellite manufacturing (optical and SAR), aerospace components, avionics, and electronics;
• Supporting the development and localization of UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), EW (electronic warfare) systems, and cybersecurity solutions;
• Promoting joint ventures, R&D collaborations, and EU-funded projects under the SAFE, Horizon Europe, and EDA programs;
• Providing consulting services on international technology transfer, licensing, and industrial matchmaking.
