The proposal is focused on the green and digital competences required by young people and workers in the energy sector. The project will focus on the market needs with stakeholder engagement involving employers, workers, young people, vocational education providers, chambers, associations, trade unions and other relevant stakeholders. The project will also address gender, disability, accessibility and the participation of disadvantaged groups.
VET institutions and/or Universities from the Central and North Europe are expected to contribute to competence analysis; the assessment of attitudes, behavioral biases, and socio-economic mobility patterns; curriculum development; lifelong learning pathways; assessment methodologies; micro-credentials; and pilot implementation. Experience in European projects, energy-related training, stakeholder engagement or multidisciplinary research would be an advantage. Selected organizations are expected to join the consortium as full project partners and contribute to specific tasks and deliverables. - Advantages and Innovations
- The project will embed lifelong learning, gender equality, disability inclusion and accessibility across all stages, ensuring that the results are both technologically advanced and socially inclusive.
- Technical Specification or Expertise Sought
- The consortium is seeking universities, research organisations and VET providers with expertise in labour economics, educational sociology, behavioural research and energy-related training. Partners should contribute to skills-gap and labour-market analysis, the identification and assessment of green and digital competences, curriculum and micro-credential development, lifelong learning pathways and pilot training activities. Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, gender equality, disability inclusion and accessible VET systems is particularly sought.
