A German SME with extensive knowledge on compressed air systems used by industrial companies has developed an AI-driven leakage management system allowing to detect and evaluate leakage losses in real time and providing recommendations for action. As leakage losses are a major problem companies can considerably reduce their energy costs with the new system. The SME looks for pilot partners implementing the system under a commercial agreement with technical assistance and further cooperations.

The German SME specializes on the optimization of compressed air systems which can result in considerable energy savings as compressed air accounts for about 10-15% of the total energy requirement of most companies and offers a considerable savings potential.
A main problem with compressed air systems are leakage losses which can be reduced by the AI-based leakage management system developed by the company. The system is based on a leakage detection algorithm, automatically providing and evaluating data on leakage losses in real time which allows to identify savings potential and adjust the compressed air system. Moreover, recommendations for action and implementation options are offered.
Besides the cost savings that are constantly rising due to increased energy prices, CO2 certificates etc., this also allows companies to become more sustainable and react to political pressure on industrial companies to take action.
The technology is aimed at medium-sized and large companies that use compressed air as an energy source and want to reduce their compressed air costs sustainably.

The SME is looking for commercial agreements with technical assistance with industrial companies as pilot partners who are interested in introducing the SME’s AI-drive system in order to identify potential savings they have not yet been aware of. Together with some partners the SME can also offer to realise this potential with measures resulting in a very good return of investment (less than one year).

However, the SME is also open to other kinds of co-operation such as e.g. further development of the technology under a technical cooperation agreement, investment agreements or a partnership with partners from the compressed air sector or the energy sector interested in completing their portfolio with compressed air systems which they can then offer to their clients and which could also result in a distribution agreement.
