General information

Short Summary
A French company specializing in innovative energy efficiency solutions offers AI-driven HVAC optimization and air quality monitoring systems. The company seeks distribution partners in the energy, HVAC, construction, and facility management sectors for distribution agreements. Their technology reduces energy costs by up to 40%, aligns with sustainability goals, and complies with European regulations.
Full Description
Based in France, our company specializes in energy efficiency and sustainability solutions for buildings. We offer an advanced platform that integrates predictive AI for HVAC optimization and air quality monitoring. This innovative system is designed to reduce energy consumption by up to 40%, improve indoor air quality, and ensure compliance with European sustainability standards. It is applicable across diverse sectors, including office buildings, industrial facilities, public infrastructures, and smart cities.

At the core of our solution is a powerful predictive AI engine that dynamically optimizes heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. By analyzing real-time data, our AI anticipates building needs and adjusts HVAC operations proactively. This ensures that systems run only when necessary and at optimal levels, significantly reducing energy waste while maintaining occupant comfort.

Our platform also includes generative AI capabilities designed for automating building audits and certifications, particularly the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) framework mandated in Europe. This feature simplifies compliance processes, helping building managers meet sustainability regulations efficiently and demonstrate their commitment to reducing environmental impact.

The system's real-time monitoring capabilities are powered by advanced IoT sensors. These sensors measure a comprehensive range of environmental parameters critical to maintaining energy efficiency and occupant well-being. Key metrics include:

- Air Pollutants: Particulate matter (PM1, PM2.5, PM10), carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrogen oxides (NOx), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and ozone (O₃).
-Environmental Conditions: Temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure

These measurements allow building operators to continuously monitor indoor air quality and optimize conditions based on real-time insights. By addressing pollution and ensuring optimal indoor environments, the solution enhances occupant health and productivity.
The platform also features user-friendly dashboards that provide actionable insights into energy performance, operational efficiency, and environmental impact. Building managers can track these metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement targeted improvements with confidence.

Our system is highly scalable and adaptable, making it suitable for small offices, large industrial complexes, and urban infrastructure projects. Its plug-and-play design ensures seamless integration with existing building systems, reducing installation time and costs.

We are seeking distribution partners in the energy, construction, and facility management sectors. Distribution agreements allow us to scale internationally while leveraging the local expertise and networks of our partners. This approach ensures that our solution reaches diverse markets effectively and delivers tailored support to customers.

The desired outcome of these partnerships is to promote the adoption of smart, sustainable building technologies globally. We envision a collaborative model that includes partner training, co-marketing initiatives, and ongoing technical support to ensure mutual success.
Advantages and Innovations
Our solution combines predictive and generative AI technologies to redefine energy efficiency and indoor air quality management in buildings. The predictive AI optimizes HVAC systems by analyzing real-time data, including occupancy, weather forecasts, and energy demand. This proactive approach reduces energy consumption by up to 40%, significantly lowering operational costs and environmental impact compared to conventional systems.

Equipped with advanced IoT sensors, the platform measures critical environmental parameters, such as temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and airflow, alongside key pollutants like PM1, PM2.5, PM10, CO₂, NOx, VOCs, and O₃. This comprehensive monitoring not only enhances indoor air quality but also empowers building operators with actionable insights to ensure a healthier and more productive environment.

Our generative AI simplifies compliance with European Union regulations, including the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) framework. This module automates building audits and certifications, reducing administrative complexity and aligning operations with sustainability standards. Co-funded by the European Commission, this innovation demonstrates the credibility and global relevance of our technology.

The system's plug-and-play design makes it scalable and adaptable for a wide range of applications, from small offices to large industrial facilities and smart city projects. It seamlessly integrates into existing infrastructure, ensuring rapid deployment and minimal disruption.

Proven in projects like the Olympic Village, our solution has been independently validated by EIT Climate-KIC for its measurable environmental and operational impact. Compared to competitors, our system reduces hardware needs by 50%, covers larger areas per sensor, and delivers a return on investment within two years, making it a cost-effective and future-proof choice.

Partner Sought

Expected Role of a Partner
We are seeking both distribution partners (brokers, distributors, resellers) and licensees with expertise in energy systems, construction, or facility management. The ideal partners will have an established network of clients in sectors such as real estate, industrial operations, public infrastructure, or smart cities.

For distribution partners, the primary role will be to market and distribute our AI-driven HVAC optimization and air quality monitoring solutions. This involves identifying potential customers, presenting the value proposition of our technology, and managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Partners will also support product integration within customer systems, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.

For licensees, the role will focus on integrating our technology into their own offerings or developing localized versions for specific markets. Licensees will be expected to manage the implementation, adaptation, and potential co-development of our solutions to meet local customer needs and regulatory requirements.

We expect partners to have a minimum of one year of experience in their respective fields, with proven expertise in introducing innovative technologies to their markets. Familiarity with energy efficiency solutions, IoT-based systems, or HVAC optimization technologies will be highly advantageous.

Key tasks include:

-Promoting our solutions to their customer base through tailored marketing campaigns, demonstrations, and presentations.
-Managing customer relationships, including handling inquiries, facilitating installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-For licensees: customizing the solution for specific markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and leveraging their market knowledge to maximize adoption.
-Collaborating with our team to provide market feedback, helping refine and enhance our offerings to better address customer needs.

We will provide comprehensive training, marketing support, and technical assistance to ensure all partners are fully equipped to succeed. Together, we aim to drive the adoption of innovative, sustainable building technologies globally, while tailoring solutions to meet the unique requirements of diverse markets.
