Expected Role of a Partner
The Company seeks collaborators with complementary expertise to strengthen specific technical and clinical aspects of this innovation:
1. Medical Imaging & AI Partners
Role: Collaborate on developing and validating AI-driven diagnostic workflows that integrate:
● Thoracic CT scans with detailed radiological annotations (e.g., nodule location, texture analysis)
● Radiomic/liquid biopsy biomarkers linked to imaging findings
Requirements:
● Proven experience in AI-based image analysis (e.g., lung nodule detection, segmentation, or radiomic feature extraction)
● Access to retrospective/prospective CT datasets with patient outcomes (minimum 500+ annotated cases preferred)
● Capability to link imaging data with longitudinal clinical outcomes (e.g., progression-free survival, treatment response)
● Expertise in DICOM-standardized data pipelines and GDPR-compliant sharing frameworks
Ideal Expertise:
● Prior work on multimodal AI architectures combining imaging and non-imaging data (e.g., voice, biomarkers)
● Familiarity with 3D convolutional neural networks or transformer-based models for volumetric medical imaging
● Participation in lung cancer screening trials or radiogenomics studies
2. Multi-Omics Integration Partners
Role: Collaborate on the development of AI models that correlate molecular profiles with clinical and acoustic biomarkers by providing:

● Pathway analysis connecting omics signatures to physiological changes
Requirements:
