General information

Short Summary
Surfactants are essential in many branches of industry, starting with the detergent industry, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, agrochemicals, the textile and dyeing industry, and ending with the oil industry, construction, and metallurgy. Each of these applications often requires the use of many different surfactants. Creating a universal alternative, ideally based on natural substances, would be highly desirable from logistical, economic, and environmental perspectives.
Full Description
A development research center, it offers the chemical and manufacturing industries an innovative solution that is not only efficient, but also environmentally friendly. Our company is pleased to present a revolutionary alternative in the form of a universal surfactant based on natural substances. Our offer focuses on the synthesis of high-quality polymers that can revolutionize many industry sectors.
Our proposal is based on the use of natural substrates such as citric acid, adipic acid, glycerin, polyethylene glycol and di(trimethylolpropane). Thanks to them, we are able to create branched polymers with molecular masses from 5,000 to 120,000 Da, offering flexibility and various possibilities of structural modification with terminal functional groups, which include carboxyl, carboxylate, hydroxyl, amino and alkyl groups.
We are proud of the following features of our offer:
The use of natural and/or biodegradable substrates, making our products environmentally friendly.
Production of polymers with different molecular weights and the possibility of modifying the structure depending on needs.
Flexibility in modifying the structure and polarity of compounds by using various substrates, such as fatty acids, phytic acid, dipentaerythritol, long-chain α,ω-diols, or polysiloxanes.
Advantages and Innovations
Our solutions are used in a wide range of industries, from the production of detergents, through the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, food processing, agrochemistry, textile and dyeing industries, to the petroleum, construction and metallurgical industries.
We are ready to present you our achievements, describing in detail the assumptions of the synthesis, analysis of results and numerous examples of applications of our innovative polymers. Our offer is a step forward towards the development of ecological, efficient and versatile solutions for your industry.
Advantages:
1. The substrates used are of natural origin and/or biodegradable [citric acid, adipic acid, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, di(trimethylolpropane)],
2. The reaction allows you to obtain branched polymers with molecular weights in the range of 5,000 - 120,000 Da,
3. The final functional groups of the obtained polymers are carboxyl groups, however, it is possible to introduce carboxylate, hydroxyl, amino, alkyl, etc. groups,
4.The structure and polarity of the described compounds can be modified by using other substrates, such as fatty acids, phytic acid, dipentaerythritol, long-chain α,ω-diols or polysiloxanes.
Creating a universal alternative, preferably based on natural substances, would be highly desirable from a logistic, economic and environmental point of view.
