General information

Short Summary
The system provides AI-driven fermentation control, 24/7 monitoring, remote management, and data sharing capabilities. Unlike traditional winemaking, which relies of manual oversight, the AI assistant constantly analyses data from sensors to optimize fermentation conditions in real-time. The system regulate the fermentation process, optimizing temperature and other parameters, assuring constant wine quality.
The company is looking for commercial or R&D partnership.
Full Description
The components of the system include hardware, cloud services and artificial intelligence.

The sensor that is placed in the fermenter to measure temperature and relative density is an advanced IoT device that is specially designed to monitor and control the fermentation process. Through wireless technology, it sends real-time data to the cloud.

The system's cloud component provides real-time analysis of sensor data and provides dashboards to help winemakers monitor and optimize the winemaking process.

One of the key innovations is the AI assistant, which helps winemakers optimize their fermentation process by analyzing sensor data and providing recommendations based on that data. The assistant can learn from past data and adapt its recommendations based on new data collected by the sensors. This feature provides valuable recommendations that can help winemakers make data-driven decisions, including temperature adjustments and other optimizations that can improve wine quality.

Main characteristics of the solution:
- Digitise, monitor and control in real time.

- AI-powered recommendations to help winemakers make data-driven decisions to optimize the winemaking process and achieve the best possible results.

- Blockchain integration providing a tamper-proof record of the entire winemaking process, from grape to bottle.

QR Code Tracking allowing to the users an unique and informative experience. Users can scan the QR code on the wine label to access information such as grape origin, harvest date, fermentation data, bottling date, and more.

Improved transparency and trust giving the customers access to detailed information about the winemaking process, proving the authenticity of the wine.

The system helps winemakers optimize the winemaking process, produce higher quality wines, and build stronger relationships with their customers.
Advantages and Innovations
Digitization: digital platform allows access to real-time data and analytics about their fermentation process, facilitating data-driven decision-making and better process control.

AI assistant: provides valuable recommendations that can help winemakers make data-driven decisions, including temperature adjustments and other optimizations that can improve wine quality.

Remote Monitoring: winemakers can remotely monitor their fermentation tanks and track critical parameters such as temperature and relative density, eliminating the need for manual readings and enabling timely interventions if needed.

Minimize human error: By automating measurements, reduces the risk of human error is reduced.

Lower costs: Automated measurements can lead to cost savings by reducing labor costs, minimizing waste and optimizing resource use.

Complexity in decision-making: Winemakers must make numerous decisions during fermentation, and these choices can significantly affect the final product.
