General information
- Short Summary
- The company has developed its own product, soil improver, and technology for restoring soil quality. It offers its partnership to public organizations, universities, scientific institutions, or other businesses dedicated to ecology and environment, especially to recultivation of eroded soil - dry, wet, or damaged by fires and floods
- Full Description
-
The Bulgarian company deals with the utilization of organic waste and strengthening of land plots. It owns patents and references for this activity.
The soil treatment method applied by the company is innovative and the technology is patented, providing a sustainable solution.
The company is looking for partnerships for joint projects in two directions:
- with companies that generate organic waste
- with institutions and companies to address the challenges of compromised soils, river banks, exploited mines, etc.
The Bulgarian company is innovative, fully focused on the circular economy and its development. It creates solutions for the recovery of organic waste using a technology, which turns the waste into a useful product - a soil improver, to be used as a tool against the adverse consequences of human activity, natural phenomena or disasters.
The main application of the company's product is to improve and restore weak and eroded soils, strengthen landslides, strengthen river banks, reclamation of exploited mines, and others. It applies a patented method for high-speed restoration of eroded soil - visible results are registered within a year.
The company's compost treatment technology permanently changes the soil structure towards sustainability. A relatively small amount of it is sufficient to regenerate it, it is not necessary to completely replace the soil being cultivated. The thickness of the layer required for laying on the compromised soil, as well as the method of fixing it on sloped terrain, is determined on the basis of a technological map issued by the site technologist. The effect of the treatment is sustainable and the active period is more than 10 years after its application. The results refer to the improvement of soil qualities in the depth of the cultivated terrain.
The effect is visibly observed through the rapid development of vegetation on the terrain and through analysis of regularly taken soil samples.
APPLICATIONS
1. Protection and prevention in areas of landslides and road infrastructure collapses
2. Strengthening of riverbanks and dams for flood prevention
3. Restoration of weak soil in agriculture
4. Reclamation of landfills for different types of waste
5. Countering the expansion of desertification areas
6. Restoration of soils following field and forest fires
7. Reclamation of mines of any type and nature of mined resources
8. Improvement of ecosystems with compromised conditions - coasts and riparian areas, riverbeds, wetlands, swamps, swamps and silt areas
9. Promotion of urban decorative vegetation - Advantages and Innovations
-
The main application of the compost is to improve and restore weak and eroded soils, strengthen landslides and river banks, reclamation of exploited mines. The soil treatment method applied by the company is innovative and the technology is patented, providing a sustainable environmental solution.
The solution offered for weak and compromised soil treatment is essentially a humus-like material made from WWTPs sludge, selected beneficial bacteria strains, and organic waste, a 100% organic product.
The soil improver treatment technology permanently changes the soil structure towards sustainability. A relatively small amount of it is sufficient to regenerate the soil, while is not necessary to replace completely the soil being treated. The thickness of the layer required for laying on the compromised soil, as well as the method of fixing it on sloped terrain, is determined based on a technological map issued by the site technologist. Conventionally, the thickness of the layer varies from 10 cm to 40 cm. The soil treatment methods are conventional agricultural machines. The number of treatments and the specific soil treatment methods are given as a prescription.
The soil improver is applicable for weak soil reclamation by providing:
- increased ability to retain water in the soil and optimal conditions for vegetation life;
- in-depth soil improvement with an active 10 years after-treatment period, so the sustainability effect will last after the active treatment period;
- significant vegetation bio-stimulation of the underground parts of the plants.
It is applicable for strengthening terrains such as landslides, sinkholes, & landfills by providing: - ecosystem sustainability by making it independent and self-reproducing; - enhanced green infrastructure qualities and functions by means of a competent selection of appropriate case-specific plant species; - improved lifestyle quality for communities in urban environment reducing dust, noise, CO2. - Stage of Development
