Full Description
The company specializes in high-pressure die casting of aluminum alloy parts with a production capacity of around 1,200 tons per year. Certified under ISO 9001:2024 and developing ISO/TS 16949, the company serves a wide range of industries including automotive, electronics, mechanical engineering, lighting, and road construction.

Production Equipment:
The company operates an advanced fleet of machines, including:
- Die casting machines from 280t to 2500t (max. cast weight up to 25 kg)
- CNC-controlled turning centers (5 pcs)
- CNC milling centers: 3-axis (3 pcs), 4-axis Robodrill (2 pcs), and 5-axis (3 pcs)
- Friction Stir Welding (FSW) equipment
- Shot blasting machines (3 pcs)
- Robotic grinding cages and vibratory grinding machines (10 pcs)
To ensure consistent quality, the company uses:
- Spectral analysis for incoming aluminum alloy control
- X-ray inspection specialized in aluminum castings
- 3-coordinate measuring machines for dimensional checks
The company offers complete project support including:
- Design and manufacturing of casting molds
- Rapid prototyping
- Finishing services: grinding, drilling, thread-cutting, trowalizing, and blasting
- Machining of castings to final specifications
- Packaging and logistics

With a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, the company serves major clients. Target sectors include mechanical engineering, automotive, electrical, furniture, and construction.

In response to increasing global competition and environmental standards, the company continually upgrades its technologies and invests in automation. Its goal is to maintain moderate growth, reach zero-defect quality, and expand into new markets with innovative products and processes. Through a full-service approach, including mold design, casting, machining, and finishing, the company delivers reliable, high-quality aluminum components tailored to customer needs.
Advantages and Innovations
The company stands out in the competitive high-pressure die casting sector by developing and patenting a groundbreaking innovation that addresses one of the industry's key challenges: accurately calculating production costs. Unlike standard practice, where costs are estimated roughly, the company’s software-based solution provides precise, real-time data on the actual cost of each aluminum part produced, regardless of geographic location. This innovation includes detailed tracking of electricity, gas, consumables, coatings, machine wear, and production time, allowing for accurate cost forecasting, improved pricing strategies, and early detection of anomalies. The benefits are multifaceted: reduced energy and material usage, lower CO₂ emissions, improved product quality, increased production efficiency, and higher profitability.
Additionally, the company has introduced Friction Stir Welding (FSW)—a cutting-edge, emission-free joining process that creates exceptionally strong and clean welds by mechanically stirring materials instead of melting them. FSW offers high reproducibility, durability, and is well-suited for integration into industrial production lines. Together, these innovations position the company at the forefront of sustainable and high-performance manufacturing in the die casting industry.
