- Bulgarian consultancy company is looking for project coordinator or partner for project proposal idea which will be submitted under Erasmus + Program with deadline 05 Oct. under the Small Scale Partnership VET. The partnership will consist of 2 organizations, budget EUR 60,000. The main goal of the project is to create a set of tools for upscaling of food establishment staff to make them familiar with gluten intolerance and its varieties.
- Full Description
- The present project proposal aims to create easily accessible tools that serve to enrich and enhance the qualification of chefs and staff in food establishments in relation to intolerance to the use of gluten. The main impact that the project proposal is expected to have is to inform restaurant owners and employees how to easily and almost effortlessly and without increasing their costs adapt their menu to the needs of people with gluten intolerance. In this way, they will have the opportunity to improve their qualifications and make their food establishments available to a wider range of customers and to enable VET centers to enrich their upskilling programs and to make their programs more attractive. The partnership will consist of two organizations, the budget will be EUR 60,000, and the duration will be 18 months. The project proposal will be prepared by the Bulgarian company. The company is preferably looking for an organization that is a VET center, restaurant or association of restaurants and is ready to take on the role of project coordinator (with the only obligation to submit the application form)
